Specialties The Coffee Connection stands unique on the L.A. Westside. We serve the best certified organic, fair trade, shade grown, carbon free coffee, espresso, tea and specialty drinks. We have an atmosphere filled with Old World charm, but complemented by modern facilities. This is the ideal spot for connecting with others, engaging in creative expression or enjoying time alone. The Coffee Connection also stands unique as a 501(c)3 non-profit café. This enables us to keep our prices lower without compromising quality. We also contribute to both local and global causes that align with our mission. History Established in 2000. The Coffee Connection was established in the year 2000 on the location of the former Bruno’s Ristorante, a landmark Italian restaurant on the Los Angeles Westside. Much of the original Baroque architecture remains, including the tawny stained glass windows which cast a warm glow into the cafe; the brick archways and ‘water-wall’ with ferns and fountain which frames the outdoor yet private gated courtyard; and the vaulted ceilings and marble colonnades of our adjacent performing arts auditorium.
