Deja Brew Lounge was created by owners, Mariana and Vannak as a final project in culinary school. After the positive feedback from mentors, they decided to bring Deja Brew to life.

Mariana and Vannak are good friends, they met in undergrad school studying Hospitality and Culinary Management. After gaining experience in the industry both decided it was time to open their own establishment. Deja Brew Lounge was a concept created as a final project while in culinary school.
